EVERYBODY’S TALKIN’…

A local group of friends, with a love of old buildings, decided to repurpose a historic grain elevator and provide housing for Livingston . We kept the structure, exposing the century old wood beams, columns, walls and ceilings where we could.

This has been a passion and truly a community project; we hope you all enjoy!

HONORING

HISTORY

Scheduled for opening in October, the Yellowstone Granary is an adaptive reuse apartment building that is built for longevity and timelessness. The existing structure, built of 8x8 heavy timber posts and beams and a 2x8 solid cribbing wall (where grain was held), has been reinforced with steel and completely restored. The existing 2x3 wood plank flooring has been left exposed for the ceilings to highlight the history and provide warmth of the 100+ year old elements.

Each unit is unique, honors the history of the building—and the Yellowstone area—while maintaining an unparalleled high-end luxury experience. There is no other place that comes close to the Yellowstone Granary.
